# Report on Service Agreement Profitability

## Overview

Use the *Profitability* tab to view profitability metrics for the agreement.

#### Who uses this feature

- Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers.
- Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types
- Applies to all trades

## Service Agreement Profitability actions

The *Budget vs. Actual* section displays details on the estimated budget versus the actual cost. You can see the **Total Cost** with the drill down of the Total Labor cost, Total Material Cost, and all the costs included in the agreements.

The *Visits Details* section displays expense details for each visit for each location on the agreement. Click **Location/Data Name** to view the *Total Cost*, *Total Labor Cost*, *Total Materials Cost*, and *Equipment* cost details.
