# How can I remove the Business Unit name from the Dispatch text massage?

## Problem

The Dispatching text message shows the business unit, but you want it to show the company name instead.

## Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

### Change the business unit with the company name in the Dispatching text messages

1. Go to the section where you edit the plumber's bio.
2. Click **Customize**.
3. Find the placeholder token *Business Unit Official Name*.
4. Delete the placeholder token.
5. Type in your company name where the business unit was.
6. Click **Save** to update the changes.

Your text message should now display your company name instead of the business unit.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** This change will send the company name for every single notification that sends the Bio, so if you don't want your company name exposed for certain job types or BUs you should exclude those job types and business units.
