What is the process to remove all replenishments from the Replenishment tab in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users may find that their Replenishment tab is filled with replenishments they no longer need. They might have already uploaded a new Pricebook and removed the "replenish by default" setting but still see the replenishments listed.

Solution

Remove all replenishments from the Replenishment tab

  1. Review Your Current Replenishments:        

    1. Go to the Replenishments tab in ServiceTitan.

    2. Check if there are any replenishments listed that you want to remove.

  2. Update Your Pricebook only for purchasing:        

    1. Make sure to remove the Replenish by default setting for all items during this process.

  3. Delete the template or remove items from the template:        

    1. Find the template associated with your replenishments.

    2. Delete this template or remove the necessary items from the template. This action will remove all associated replenishments from the Requisition tab.

  4. Check the Replenishment tab:        

    1. After deleting the template, go back to the Replenishment tab.

    2. Verify that the replenishments have been removed.

  5. Confirm the changes:        

    1. If the replenishments are gone, no further action is needed.

    2. If you still see replenishments, review the steps to ensure all actions were completed correctly.

This process should clear all unwanted replenishments from your Replenishment tab, helping you maintain a cleaner and more efficient workspace in ServiceTitan.
