Overview
When an office employee creates a purchase order (PO) and marks it as Sent in ServiceTitan, you can receive the PO in the Field Mobile App. When you receive a PO, the PO is updated with a record of items you ordered and received. This helps you know when you have items that are required for a job before you start work.

The Create purchase order and Edit purchase order in pending status permissions are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
To complete certain workflows, the following is required. Please contact the account administrator on your team:
The purchase order type must have Display to technicians enabled to receive POs and see them in the PO Type list selection in the Field Mobile App.
The purchase order type must have Allow permitted technicians to send and receive POs of this type enabled to send and receive POs in the Field Mobile App.
If the Purchase order receipt photo required permission is enabled, you must upload a receipt for POs.
Things to know
Your office can set the purchase order type to auto-receive. This is helpful for supply house runs and vendor counter pick-ups. Please contact the account administrator on your team to have this set up.
Fully receive a purchase order in the Field Mobile App
Open the job and tap Purchase Orders in the More section of the Job tab.

On the Purchase Orders screen that opens, select the PO you want to receive then tap Start Receiving.
The Receive PO screen opens. The Quantity Received field is automatically pre-populated with the quantity requested. 
In the Receipt Photo section, tap Add
. 
On the Add Receipt Photo pop-up that opens, take a picture of the receipt or upload the receipt photo from your phone.
Note: The Add Receipt Photo field may be mandatory or optional, depending on the permission set by your office.

When finished, tap Receive PO.

The purchase order has been fully received.

Partially receive a purchase order in the Field Mobile App
Repeat steps 1-3 from the section above.
If what you want to receive is less than what you ordered in the PO, adjust this quantity in the Quantity Received field.

In the Receipt Photo section, tap Add
.On the Add Receipt Photo pop-up that opens, take a picture of the receipt or upload the receipt photo from your phone.
When finished, tap Receive PO.

The purchase order has been partially received.
