Problem
You may experience ongoing syncing issues when trying to map their GL accounts in QuickBooks Desktop.
Solution
Close out of ServiceTitan and any related QuickBooks applications through the task manager.
Clear any cache and cookies in your web browser.
Restart ServiceTitan and any related QuickBooks applications through the task manager.
Map your GL accounts again in QuickBooks Desktop.
