# QBO Export Cancelled After Being Prompted to Log In

## Problem

When attempting to export batches, you are prompted to log into QuickBooks Online. After logging in, the export is cancelled.

## Solution

1. Make sure that your business units are synced up within ServiceTitan.
2. Make sure that your business units match and are merged as needed within QuickBooks Online to export, if necessary.
