Push and Pull reports between Enterprise Hub and Single Tenants

Overview

Use Pull and Push reports to pull reports from single tenants into Enterprise Hub and push reports from Enterprise Hub to your single tenants. This prevents you from manually recreating the report where you need it.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, bookkeepers and customer service representatives (CSRs)

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • The following permissions are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

    • Allow Pull & Push Reports: Allows the user to see the Push/Pull history and perform push and pull operations for reports in this network.

    • View Pull & Push Reports History: Allows the user to see the Push/Pull history for reports in this network.

Things to know

  • Pulling reports from single tenants takes approximately one hour for the reports to appear in Enterprise Hub. 

  • Pushing reports from Enterprise Hub takes approximately one hour for the reports to appear in single tenants.

  • At this time, you can't push or pull multi-template reports between Enterprise Hub and single tenants.

  • Custom reports can be push and pulled from Enterprise Hub to ServiceTitan if needed, instead of using TitanExchange templates. For more, check the article.

Use cases

  • You are a large business with multiple single tenants and are migrating to Enterprise Hub to manage all tenants within a centralized location. Pulling reports from the individual single tenants eliminates the need to manually recreate these reports. 

  • You are a business already on Enterprise Hub and have manually created your reports in Enterprise Hub. Pushing these reports to single tenants maintains consistency both at the network level and across all tenants within it.

Push reports from Enterprise Hub to single tenants

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click Rollup Reporting

  2. In the side panel, click Pulled and Pushed.

  3. In the Pulled and Pushed screen that opens, click Push Reports.

  4. Select the reports you want to push to single tenants, then click Next.

  5. Select the tenant you want to push reports to. You can select individual or multiple tenants or click All to select all tenants. 

  6. When finished, click Push.

The Select Tenants screen closes, and you’re returned to the Pushed History screen. A notification lets you know the reports will be available in the selected single tenants within one hour.

When reports are pushed into single tenants from Enterprise Hub, the reports are synced and will automatically update with the changes from the Enterprise Hub report. 

The Pushed History screen displays the following:

  • The reports that have been pushed. If multiple reports were pushed, click on a report in the row to see the full list of reports. 

  • The tenants the reports have been pushed to. If reports were pushed to multiple tenants, click on a tenant in the row to see the full list of tenants. 

  • The user who initiated the push operation.

  • The date and time the report was pushed.

Delete pushed reports

If you need to remove a pushed report from single tenants, you can delete it on the Pushed History screen. 

  1. From the Pushed and Pulled screen, click the Pushed tab. 

  2. Locate the report you need to remove, and then click Delete .

  3. On the confirmation screen, confirm you want to remove the pulled report and click Delete.

The Pushed History screen refreshes, and you’ll receive a confirmation message informing you that the report has been successfully removed.

Pull reports into Enterprise Hub from single tenants

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click Rollup Reporting

  2. In the side panel, click Pulled and Pushed.

  3. In the Pulled and Pushed screen that opens, click Pull Reports.

  4. Select the single tenant you want to pull reports from, then click Next.

  5. Select the reports you want to pull into Enterprise Hub.

  6. When finished, click Pull.

The Select Reports to Pull screen closes, and you’re returned to the Pulled History screen. A notification lets you know the reports will be available in Enterprise Hub within one hour.

When reports are pulled into Enterprise Hub from single tenants, the reports are copied from the single tenant. They are not synced and won’t update with changes from the single tenant report. 

The Pulled History screen displays the following:

  • The tenant the reports have been pulled from. 

  • The reports that have been pulled. If multiple reports were pushed, click on a report in the row to see the full list of reports. 

  • The user who initiated the pull operation.

  • The date and time the reports were pulled.

Delete pulled reports

If you need to remove a pulled report from Enterprise Hub, you can delete it on the Pulled History screen. 

  1. From the Pushed and Pulled screen, click the Pulled tab. 

  2. Locate the report you need to remove, and then click Delete .
