Print Text Communication with a Customer in ServiceTitan

Problem

You want to print all text communication that was done in ServiceTitan with a customer.

Solution

1. Go to Call Booking in the main navigation menu.

2. Take a screenshot of the chat thread.

3. If you know what job you are trying to get the messages from, go to that job's page.

4. Scroll down to the history section.

5. Click Chats.

6. Copy the text from the chat section and paste it into a word processor software, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Note: These are the only ways to print text communication with a customer in ServiceTitan at this time.
