Phone Number Goes Busy Every Time Dialed

Problem

The phone number 555-555-5555 goes busy every time it is dialed. The number is listed as a tracking number, but it is not assigned anywhere in DialPad. The issue occurs because the system does not know where to send the calls.

Solution

1. Go to ServiceTitan Settings > Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

2. Find the number that is not working and hover over and then click Edit.

3. Locate the Assign Number to Target drop down menu and select the target you want the number assigned to.

4. Test the number to make sure it is working.
