Problem
You may notice that the numbers in their reports do not match the metrics shown on your modular dashboard. This is often because the report column and the dashboard module are displaying different types of information.
Solution
Check the parameters
You will want to make sure that the criteria you're using in your reports match the criteria on the dashboards exactly. This helps ensure that the data you're comparing is identical.
For example, you're comparing the Completed Revenue metric on the dashboard to a Revenue report. You expect the Completed Revenue column on the report to match what you see on the dashboard, but it is different.
Double check the parameters on the dashboard. In the example below, you're looking at the Last 365 Days across all Business Units (BUs). The Completed Revenue is $24,291.

Check the filters on the report. You want these to match the parameters on the dashboard.
Set the From - To filter to Last 365 Days and the Business Unit filter to include All.

Run the report. The Completed Revenue column shows the total at the bottom of the report. In this example, the Revenue Report over the last 365 days across all BUs shows the Completed Revenue as $24,291.32. The dashboard doesn't display cents, so this matches exactly.
By making sure the parameters you have set on the dashboard matches the filters you're using in reports, you should be able to resolve mismatches between your reports and modular dashboard metrics in ServiceTitan. Remember, it's important to ensure that both your reports and dashboard modules are set up to display the same type of information for accurate comparisons.
