Use the Reviews section in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro Reputation to match reviews with jobs.

Things to know
You can add more than one technician to the review.
Auto verification for reviews considers business units (BUs) when matching reviews to jobs. If a specific location receives a review, it can only be auto-matched to jobs with BUs associated with that location.
Match reviews
We recommend that you use the Auto-verify reviews feature to match reviews automatically. For more, see Auto-verify reviews with Review Auto Verification.
You can also match reviews manually:
If you can't match a review, you can set the review as Can't Verify to remove it from your list of reviews to match. For more, see Set individual reviews as Can't Verify.
Auto-verify reviews with Review Auto Verification
To automatically verify reviews left within the past 90 days:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, click Reviews.
On the Reviews screen that opens, click Auto Verify is off
. 
On the Reputation Management screen in Marketing Pro in Settings that opens, select the Auto Verify Reviews tab.
Turn on the Enable Auto-verify toggle to activate the auto verification.
This changes Auto Verify is off to Auto Verify is on on the Reviews screen. Also, a message confirming that auto verification is on opens. 
When auto verification is enabled, you can only view the reviews that ServiceTitan automatically matched in the past three months in Marketing Pro 
> Reviews. Note: For automatically verified reviews, you see an "A" beside the verified review.
Verify multiple reviews
Verify multiple reviews at once with Quick verify:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, click Reviews.
On the Reviews screen that opens, click Quick verify.
On the Quick Verify screen that opens, select a potential match candidate and click Verify.
Tip: The system populates all reviews that match. In this case, select one and click Verify. You can also filter the reviews by the reviews created date range, which is usually one month only.
Note: You can quick verify reviews that aren't verified and have matched candidates.
Verify individual reviews
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, click Reviews.
On the Reviews screen that opens, find the review you want to match.
Hover over the review and click More
then Verify. 
Potential matches for the review populate. If you agree with a suggested match, click Verify.
Note: ServiceTitan populates all reviews that match. In this case, select one and click Verify. If you can't verify a match for the review, you can select Can't Verify to remove it from your list of reviews to match.
Verify reviews with auto-suggested matches
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, click Reviews.
On the Reviews screen, click Suggest Match to match the reviews automatically. Jobs that potentially match the review populate.
Use the arrows to navigate through the possible match candidates. If you find a job that matches the review, click Verify. Or, go to the Job Details and click Edit.
From the Job Status dropdown, select a job status. For example, Completed, Scheduled, In Progress, and Hold.
From the Technician dropdown, select technicians who worked on this job then click Apply.
Search for the Job from the dropdown list.
Select the Customer from the dropdown list.
When finished, click Save.
Note: If you can't verify a match for a review, you can select Can't Verify to remove it from your list of reviews to match.
Set individual reviews as Can't Verify
If you cannot find a match for a review and want to remove it from your list of reviews to match, you can set it as Can't Verify.
Note: You can filter for reviews marked as Can't Verify in your Reviews list.
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing.
In the side menu, click Reviews.
On the Reviews screen that opens, find the review you want to set as Can't Verify.
Hover over the review and click More
and then Verify. 
Select Can't Verify.
