# Scope of work: Manage recurring visits for service agreements

## Overview

Manage your recurring Service Agreement visits directly from the visit table on the Service Agreement [Scope of Work](/v1/docs/create-a-service-agreement-step-4-scope-of-work) step. You can choose the grouping type of the visit in the table view by choosing to *Group by Recurrence* or *Order by Visit window.* This helps you save time by grouping the visits based on your preference and editing one or multiple visits together.

## Visit table view

When viewing the Service Agreement in the [Scope of Work](/v1/docs/create-a-service-agreement-step-4-scope-of-work) section, you can customize the visit table view to be grouped by *Visit Recurrence* or by *Visit Window*.

## Edit recurring visit

You can edit recurring visits for customers in [Step 4: Scope of Work](/v1/docs/create-a-service-agreement-step-4-scope-of-work) and adjust individual visits, or visits in bulk.

1. From the [Step 4: Scope of Work](/v1/docs/create-a-service-agreement-step-4-scope-of-work) screen, click ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/manage-service-agreements-recurring-visit-image-1ucf6223.png) **Edit** on the desired visit. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/manage-service-agreements-recurring-visit-image-cto3j94p.png)
2. On the *Edit Recurring Visit* window, select one of the following options:
  1. **This Visit:** Changes made will only affect the selected visit.
  2. **This and the following visits:** Edits made to the visit will be applied to the selected visit and all the recurring visits that follow.
  3. **All visits:** Changes made to the visit will be applied to the selected visit, all past visits, and upcoming visits as well.
3. Click **Continue** to update the visit.
4. From the *Edit Visit* screen, update the changes you want to apply and click **Save.**

## Delete recurring visit to Service Agreements

1. You can delete individual, or recurring visits in bulk for customers in [Step 4: Scope of Work](/v1/docs/create-a-service-agreement-step-4-scope-of-work).
2. From the [Step 4: Scope of Work](/v1/docs/create-a-service-agreement-step-4-scope-of-work) screen, click **More** on the desired visit.
3. On the *Edit Recurring Visit* window, select one of the following options:
  1. **This Visit:** Delete the selected visit.
  2. **This and the following visits:** Delete the selected visit and all the recurring visits that follow.
  3. **All visits:** Delete the selected visit, past visits and upcoming visits as well.
4. After selecting the desired option, click **Delete.**
