# Manage service agreement materials

## Overview

Use the *Materials* tab to view and edit the itemized list of all materials required for each visit for each location, as well as the cost estimate for each visit.

- Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers.
- Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types
- Applies to all trades

## Things to know

- The materials added to visits on this page are automatically copied to the job invoice after the visit is booked into a job. However, if the job was booked prior to the materials being added, removed, or edited on this page, the job invoice will not automatically reflect these changes. Therefore, it is recommended that the list of materials for a visit is defined *before* booking the job for that visit.

## Service Agreement Materials actions

Use the **Visits** and **Equipment** filters to filter the materials list. Visits and equipment are grouped by location.

To add a material to a visit, click **Add Material**. You can search for a material or select a suggested material from the list.

To make any updates to the material on a visit, click the **Edit ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/manage-service-agreements-materials-image-q5xh5er8.png)** icon next to the column you want to update in the *Materials* list. You can make changes to the quantity and equipment.
