Marketing Attribution Override
Marketing Attribution Override helps you to manually configure the marketing campaigns of the calls received that generated booked jobs. You can use Marketing Attribution Override in the Digital Ads section of Marketing Pro settings to eliminate the errors of automatically attributed campaigns by the Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) integration.
Manual Marketing Attribution is enabled by default in ServiceTitan.
Disable Manual Marketing Attribution
To disable Manual Marketing Attribution drop-down on the Calls screen and use the automatically attributed feature generated by the Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) integration set on your website:
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Marketing Pro > Digital Ads.
Note: Manual Marketing Attribution is enabled by default in ServiceTitan. This allows your CSR to choose the campaign connected to the received call from the Calls screen.

In the Marketing Attribution Override section, turn off the Manual Marketing Attribution toggle to let the system select the marketing campaign attributed to the received call when a call is received or a job is booked.
Note: This inactivates the Marketing Campaigns field on the Calls screen.
Marketing Attribution Window
For accurate attribution in Marketing Pro Optimizer, it's important to import revenue from follow-up jobs in Google Ads and Google Analytics. This ensures that all revenue for a string of related jobs is properly credited to the original click. For more information, see Marketing Pro Optimizer.
To associate the revenue data into Google Ads with the same attribution logic as the first job in a window:
Go to top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Marketing Pro > Digital Ads.
In the Marketing Attribution Window section, turn on the Use Marketing Window toggle and specify a time range of the Lookback Window. If there are multiple jobs within the specified lookback window, each job inherits the marketing campaign and attribution from the first job in that window.
We recommend having a 30-day time range for connecting multiple jobs to the first job completed for the same customer. When a job is completed, if there was an initial job within the attribution window, that job will have its campaign overwritten to match the first job's campaign. If the first job had a GCLID, UTM parameters, or other attribution information, then the newly completed job will post to Google Ads/Analytics using that information.
