Overview
The Cross Sales Groups report provides a detailed examination of which technicians are selling items from cross sales groups, as well as which cross sales groups (and their constituent items) are performing the best. Data in this report is based on the invoice date.
Note: Invoices do not need to be posted to appear on the report.
Use this report to view cross sales group items, cross sales group revenue, total invoice revenue (including any non-cross sales group items on the invoice), technician, and other information.

We recommend using the Cross Sales Group built-in report for enhanced customization, consistent KPIs, and improved scheduling and filtering options.
How to find this report
Click Reports > Search Cross Sales Groups > Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.

Tip: You can also schedule the report by clicking Schedule next to the report name
Report filters

The Cross Sales Groups report comes with several filter options:
When you do not select any specific technician or specific cross sales group:
The report displays all technicians who have used a cross sales group item within the report date range.
When you select a specific technician, but no cross sales group:
The report displays all the technician’s invoices that used any cross sales group item, within the report date range.
When you select a specific cross sales group, but no technician:
The report displays technicians and their invoices that had an item from within that specific cross sales group.
Technician
Filter by the technician assigned to the job. This report can be run by a single technician or all technicians. If more than one technician is assigned to the job, then each technician appears on a separate line.
Cross Sales Group
Filter by cross sales group. This report can be run by a single cross sales group or all cross sales groups.
Date Range
Filter by date range. Use the From and To fields to set a custom date range. Data in this report is based on invoice dates. The invoice does not need to be posted/exported.
View or download the report
Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:

Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

Explanation of report columns
The report includes the following columns:
Customer Name | This is the Bill To customer on the invoice. |

Invoice Number | This is the invoice number attached to the job. |
Invoice Date | This is the date on the invoice. |
Cross Sales Group | Cross Sales Groups will let you track the sales of a similar groups of tasks. Once the technicians begin to make sales with these tasks, you will see these Cross Sale Groups populate. Note: Only one group may be entered per service. How to configure - Cross Sale Group: To set cross sales groups, navigate to Settings > Pricebook > Services > Edit Service. Use the Cross Sale Group field to assign the item to a Cross Sale Group, then click Save. You may name your Cross Sale Groups in any way you choose.

Cross Sales Group Item | This is the name of the item sold by the technician. |
Cross Sales Group Revenue | This is the subtotal from the cross sales group item(s), based on technician splits. Calculation - Cross Sales Group Revenue: [Sum of invoice subtotals for all cross sales group items] x [Technician Splits/ 100] |
Total Invoice Revenue | This is the subtotal of all items on the invoice, based on technician splits. Calculation - Total Invoice Revenue: [Sum of invoice subtotals for all items] x [Technician Splits/ 100] |
Technician | The names of all technicians assigned to the job, regardless of split percentage. If more than one technician is assigned to the job, then each technician appears on a separate line. |
