## Things to know

- You can add your employees and technicians manually, or you can import your employees in bulk.

- Ensure to enter a mobile phone number for your technicians. ServiceTitan uses the mobile number to send notifications to the technician. If a technician doesn’t have a mobile number, we use their email address.
- The Implementation point of contact (POC) assigns each workstream to themselves or someone else in the company to begin the process. This involves answering basic questions about the specific feature area, such as Accounting, Dispatch, Call Center, etc. To learn more, see [Assign workstream leads](/v1/docs/assign-workstream-leads).
