# Issue with the Edit button on Tax Zones not working

## Problem

You see the pencil icon next to tax zones, but it doesn't open edit options. Refreshing the page doesn't help. Clicking the icon might show a loading wheel, but then nothing happens.

## Solution

1. Close ServiceTitan.
2. Open your web browser and [clear your browser's cache](/v1/docs/servicetitan-tips-and-tricks#clearing-your-cache).
3. Go to the Tax Zones settings.
4. Try to edit a tax zone by clicking **Edit**.
5. If the issue persists, contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask).
