Inventory is a robust process that requires active participation from you. To assist you in getting started, we offer four customized implementation paths to meet your business needs:

• Self-Guided (No Charge)

• Cohort Guided (No Charge)

• Partner 1:1 Implementation (Extra expenses might be incurred)

• Advisory Services 1:1 Implementation (Extra expenses might be incurred)

Self-guided implementation

Learn on your schedule with step-by-step guides, webinars from basics to advanced topics, and weekly expert Q&A sessions to support your setup and success.

Cohort implementation

If you want to manage your inventory transactions only in ServiceTitan, without using another accounting software, we can help you set it up with an inventory implementation cohort at no extra charge. Our experts will guide you, but the implementation will mainly be self-directed.

To begin with the upcoming inventory cohort, you should:

• Be subscribed to a qualifying package

• Receive purchasing orders through the Purchasing Module in ServiceTitan

• Attend the initial 1-1.5 hours of the Inventory Webinar or view the recording (Intro to Inventory Webinar)

• Be prepared to complete the inventory process by the start of the next monthly inventory cohort, which usually starts in the second week of the month
