Request credentials
Before you integrate Verizon Reveal with ServiceTitan, request your API credentials from Reveal to get API services enabled. You need to request the following items:
Username
Password
Contact your GPS provider
In Reveal, go to the top-right navigation bar and click your Profile icon > Marketplace.
Select the API Integrations tab, then click Get Started.
Enter your account details:
Integration name: ServiceTitan
Developer name: Your company's name
Developer email address: Your email address
Select By selecting this checkbox, you hereby grant access to the Third Party listed above.
Click Next > Confirm Request.
After you confirm your request, you'll receive an email with integration credentials.

Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan
After you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Integrations > GPS.
Click Edit to update your current Reveal configuration, or click Add if you're configuring it for the first time.
In the Account Details tab that opens, select Verizon Reveal API from the Name dropdown menu.
Note: Verizon Reveal API is the same as Verizon Reveal v2.
Enter the following App ID:
fleetmatics-p-us-V0oD5kBwd0bXL2Xt2yxzTwMNSRhEGIfzu49FT3znEnter the Username and Password that you obtained from Reveal.
Note: Your API User ID and Password will likely be different from the username and password that you use to access your Reveal account currently. You don't need to enter any information within the Parameters or Memo fields.
Click Save.

After saving your login credentials, click Edit next to the GPS provider you just added.

Go to the Devices tab and click Download Data. Your existing devices automatically populate.
When you see your list of devices, assign a technician to each device.
Note: Each technician should only be assigned to one device. If a technician is assigned to multiple devices, it will cause reporting issues.
When finished, click Save.
