# Integrate TomTom with ServiceTitan

## Request credentials

Before you integrate your TomTom devices with ServiceTitan, obtain credentials:

1. Log into the TomTom website.
2. Create a new user with administrative privileges (we recommend having a Username called "*ServiceTitan"*, as this will be a user that never logs into the TomTom site).
3. Once you create a new user in TomTom, open ServiceTitan.

## Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan

Once you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:

1. Go to **Settings**![A simple icon representing a settings gear.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png) > **Integrations** > **GPS**.
2. Click **Add**. The *Account Details* tab opens.
3. Select **TomTom** from the **Name** dropdown menu.
4. Enter the **AccountId**, **Username**, and **Password** you obtained from your GPS provider. 5. Click **Save**.
6. After saving your login credentials, click the **Devices** tab.

8. Once you see your list of devices, you will need to assign a technician to each device.

> **Note:** Each technician should only be assigned to one device. If a technician is assigned to multiple devices, it will cause reporting issues.
9. When you're finished, click **Save**.

## Troubleshooting errors

If you receive this Application error message when downloading data, you may need to reconfigure your ServiceTitan specific TomTom user. To reconfigure your ServiceTitan specific TomTom user, complete the following:

1. Log into your TomTom webfleet account.
2. Go to **More** > **Users**.
3. Select the ServiceTitan user account.
4. Click **Profile Settings**.
5. Select **Advanced**.

7. Check **Access to interface WEBFLEET.connect**.
8. Click **OK**.
9. Open ServiceTitan and redownload data.
