Overview

After syncing your Intacct objects with ServiceTitan, map the Intacct locations, departments, and classes to business units in ServiceTitan. This lets you use the multi-dimensional reporting in Intacct.

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, and bookkeepers

  • Applies to all business types

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

  • Be sure to sync Entities and Locations, Departments, and Classes from Intacct before you map BUs in ServiceTitan to the Intacct reporting dimensions.

  • If you use a multi-entity instance of Intacct, you must map Locations to BUs.

Map business units to Intacct

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings . In the side panel, go to Operations > Business Units.

  2. Select the business unit you want to edit.

  3. Click the Intacct tab.

  4. Click the Intacct Location dropdown and select a location.

  5. Click the Intacct Department dropdown and select a department.

  6. Click the Intacct Class dropdown and select a class.

  7. When you're finished, click Save.
