# How to View Payment Details Not Attached to an Invoice

## Problem

You need to view the details of a payment made to a customer's account that is not attached to an invoice.

## Solution

1. [Search for](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and go to the customer profile.
2. In the side menu, click **Payments**.
3. Find the payment you want to view and click on it.
4. Review the payment details, including the date and amount.
