# Can't see zero-balance invoices in the Transaction Hub

## **What you're seeing**

You're looking at the Invoices module in the Transaction Hub, but invoices with a $0 (zero) balance don't appear. You know they exist, but they're missing from the list.

## **Why this happens**

There is 1 common reason.

**Reason 1**

**The Invoices view hides zero-balance invoices by default.** By default, the Invoices view hides invoices that have no remaining balance. They aren't gone — you need to turn on a filter option to include them in the list.

## **How to fix it**

1. On the navigation bar, go to **Accounting > Invoices**.
2. On the Invoices screen, click the **Filter** icon next to the **Actions** dropdown.
3. On the **Invoice Filters** screen, select **Include invoices with no balance**.
4. Click **Apply**.

> **✓ Done ·** Zero-balance invoices now appear in the Invoices list alongside the rest.
