# How to use the Dashboard to track technician performance

## Problem

You need to know the percentage of estimates a technician has sold from those assigned to them, not from all estimates.

## Solution

You can use the Dashboard to measure your technicians' sales performance.

### Use Dashboard

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the dashboard.
2. Set the date range, for example, to the last 90 days.
3. Scroll down to the *Technician Scorecards* section
4. Click the **Sales** tab and check the *Close Rate* column.

You can view the team's close rate performance within the selected date range.

### Check technician sales metrics

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the dashboard.
2. Click the technician you want to view in more detail.
3. Set the date range you want to report on.
4. Scroll down to the *Division Metrics* section and click the *Sales* category. You can view the technician's sales metrics.
