Problem
Some Pricebook items appear as inactive in the catalog. These items do not show up in the Services section of the Pricebook and are unavailable when creating invoices or estimates.
Solution
Activate items
To activate items in your Pricebook, follow these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the sidebar, select Services, Materials, or Equipment, depending on the item type.
Click Filters.

Open the Category dropdown and select the relevant category.
In the Status section, check Inactive to display all inactive items in that category.
Click Apply.

Toggle Edit Mode to enable selection.

Select the items you want to activate.
Click Activate.
