How to reactivate items in a Pricebook Category?

Problem

Some Pricebook items appear as inactive in the catalog. These items do not show up in the Services section of the Pricebook and are unavailable when creating invoices or estimates.

Solution

Activate items

To activate items in your Pricebook, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. In the sidebar, select Services, Materials, or Equipment, depending on the item type.

  3. Click FiltersThe image shows a 'Filters' button in a services section for searching items.

  4. Open the Category dropdown and select the relevant category.

  5. In the Status section, check Inactive to display all inactive items in that category.

  6. Click ApplyFilter options for selecting category, status, and other criteria in a user interface.

  7. Toggle Edit Mode to enable selection. A user toggles the edit mode switch in a software interface for column editing.

  8. Select the items you want to activate.

  9. Click ActivateService management interface displaying items with an 'Activate' button highlighted.
