Overview
This article provides an overview of how to navigate Intacct when working with data exported from ServiceTitan. It outlines the dimensions ServiceTitan updates during export and shows where each dimension appears in Intacct. You’ll also find a complete list of transaction types ServiceTitan sends to Intacct and where to locate those transactions within the Intacct interface.

Dimensions
You can use dimensions to tag transactions in Intacct. ServiceTitan will tag transactions for you upon export to Intacct. Intacct uses these tags to provide enriched reporting features, based on what information you need to see.
You can quickly access all your dimensions in Intacct under Company In Intacct. Navigate to Company > Dimensions to view all the dimensions that ServiceTitan interacts with.
