# How to generate and send an invoice for a service agreement?

## Problem

Users want to know how to generate and send invoices for service agreements in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

#### Generate and send a billing invoice

1. From the navigation bar, go to the **Accounting** tab.
2. Click on **Recurring Billing**.
3. Click **Create Run**.
4. Set the desired date range for the service agreements that you want to bill.
5. Click **Search Customers**.
6. Locate the specific customer.
7. Click on **Generate and Charge Invoice** dropdown.

9. Name the Billing Run and click **Generate Invoice**.
10. Click **View Results** in the *Completed* window to view the list of the generated invoices.
11. Click on the Invoice #.
12. Click email to send the invoice to the customer.
