How to generate and send an invoice for a service agreement?

Problem

Users want to know how to generate and send invoices for service agreements in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Generate and send a billing invoice

1. From the navigation bar, go to the Accounting tab.

2. Click on Recurring Billing.

3. Click Create Run.

4. Set the desired date range for the service agreements that you want to bill.

5. Click Search Customers.

6. Locate the specific customer.

7. Click on Generate and Charge Invoice dropdown.

8. Choose either Generate and Charge Invoice or Only Generate Invoice. 

9. Name the Billing Run and click Generate Invoice.

10. Click View Results in the Completed window to view the list of the generated invoices.

11. Click on the Invoice #.

12. Click email to send the invoice to the customer.
