How to disable Abandoned Call alert emails?

Problem

My team and I don't want to get email notifications when the call is being abandoned.

Solution

Follow the steps to deactivate the alert.

Disable alert

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.

  3. Locate the Abandoned Call alert and click to select it.

  4. Click Deactivate.
