# How to access the labor rate calculator in ServiceTitan

## Problem

You want to use the Labor Rate Calculator feature on the ServiceTitan website, but you are not sure how to access it while logged in to your account.

## Solution

1. Go to [servicetitan.com](https://www.servicetitan.com/).
2. Go to the navigation bar and click **Resources**.
3. Click **Type.**
4. Click **Tools**.
5. Click [Labor Rate Calculator](https://www.servicetitan.com/tools/labor-rate-calculator)**.**
6. Select your industry, business focus, and area of focus from the dropdown menus.
7. Enter in your company name.
8. Click **Get started**.

That's it! You should now be able to access the Labor Rate Calculator and calculate your labor rate.
