# What is the process to turn off dispatch emails to technicians in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

Technicians are receiving dispatch email notifications that need to be disabled.

## Solution

1. Open ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar, and click **Settings**.
2. In the side panel, go to **Your Account > Feature Configurations**.

3. Search for *Dispatch Email From* and select **Request Change** next to it. This controls the display email on the dispatch email. It's also used to prevent dispatch emails from being sent to technicians. Dispatch emails are still sent to customers.
4. In the pop-up that opens, the **User name** and **Feature name** fields should be pre-filled. Enter your **User email** and **PIN number**. If you don't know your PIN, ServiceTitan can send you a new one.
5. (Optional) Enter a brief message. Example message template: Please remove the current value [noreply@servicetitan.com](mailto:noreply@servicetitan.com) so that dispatch emails are still sent to customers but are no longer sent to technicians.
6. Click **Request change**. This sends a message to our team. After our team receives and completes your request, your technicians will no longer receive dispatch emails for job bookings.

By following these steps, you can ensure your technicians won't be flooded with emails, allowing them to focus more on their work.
