Problem
An employee wants to stop using DialPad and go back to their cell phone. They need their license removed.
Solution
Administrators have the option to upgrade DialPad sets for employees. However, they cannot downgrade or remove licenses.
To remove or downgrade a DialPad license for an employee:
Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support through Chat, Phone, or Email.
Provide the agent with specific names and email addresses of the employee accounts they need to remove or downgrade.
Ask the agent to remove or downgrade the Phones Pro license for the employee on the back end.
Note: Ensure you have the Allow data change requests to support permission enabled for your account in Settings > People > Employees.
