# How do I fix a job booked outside my service area?

## Problem

The job was booked outside of the service area that shouldn't have been booked.

## Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

### Fix a job booked outside the service area

1. Go to the top toolbar and click **Search ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/how-do-i-fix-a-job-booked-outside-my-service-area-image-zig28dk1.png)**.
2. Find the job you want and open it.
3. Check the job Audit Trail and see which user booked the job.
4. If the business name shows as the *User* who booked the job, it was likely booked trough an integration and the third-party should be consulted to prevent it from occurring again.
5. If the job was booked by a real user, please contact support for further investigation.
