Problem
When attempting to collect a customer's credit card payment, you receive the following error message: Failed Payment: $xx.xx Failed Reason: Pick up card - SF Deposit.
Solution
This error message indicates that the card has expired, been cancelled, or reported lost or stolen.
Contact the customer whose payment failed and inform them of the issue.
Ask the customer for an updated payment method.
Once the customer provides an updated payment method, go to ServiceTitan and update the payment information for the customer's account.
Attempt to process the payment again using the updated payment method.
