Problem
You need to create a report that tracks manufacturer rebates but cannot find manufacturer options when building the report.
Solution
Verify manufacture rebates listed in your pricebook
First, you want to make sure you have a list of the exact manufacturer rebate service names from your pricebook. To do so:
Go to Pricebook in the main navigation menu.
In the side menu, click Services.
In the Search field, search for Manufacturer Rebate.
The Services table updates, listing all services with Manufacturer Rebate in the name.
Note: If your manufacturer rebates have different names, you should use those terms instead to search. For example, if you named your rebates Lennox MR, search for MR instead.
Create a report based on the Invoice Items report template
Once you have a list of your manufacturer rebate names in your pricebook, open a new instance of ServiceTitan in a new tab. You'll need to keep the pricebook open so you can easily copy and paste the service name into the report. The easiest way to do this is to right click on Reports and then click Open link in new tab.
Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
Click Create Report.
Under Choose report type, select All.
Under Select a report template, select Invoice Items.

In the Columns to be displayed in the report section, add the following columns:
Item Name
Item Code
Add or remove additional columns from your report, then click Next.
Give the report a name, select the category where the report displays on the main Reports screen, and provide an optional description for the report.
When you're finished, click Save.
Use the filters to select which type of date you want to filter on, a time frame for the report, and if you want to filter the report by business unit. Then click Run Report.
To view only items that are related to manufacturer rebates, follow the below steps:
Go back to the browser tab that contains your pricebook and copy the service item Code. Then go back to the browser tab containing your report.

Click Filter
in the Item Code column. Under the first Contains filter, paste the code you copied into the text box.
If you have multiple item codes you want to display in the report, in the second Contains filter, paste the next item code into the text box.
When you're finished, click Filter.

The report will refresh and show you all items with those specific codes within the parameters of your report.
