# How can I update a customer's billing address before running their card?

## Problem

You need to change a customer's billing address, but are having trouble finding where to do this.

## Solution

1. [Search for](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and open the customer's record.
2. 3. Enter the new billing address.
4. Click **Save**.

The customer's billing address is updated. You can now run the customer's card for payment.
