# How can I submit a request to bulk deactivate a list of customers and their associated locations in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

I want to deactivate multiple customers and their locations in bulk.

## Solution

### Bulk deactivation of Customers and Locations

1. Prepare an Excel file with the list of customers and their customer ID numbers.
2. Include the associated locations for each customer in the Excel file.
3. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support through chat or email.
4. Provide the prepared Excel file to the support agent.
