# How can I restore photos and videos that were accidentally deleted from a customer account in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

A coworker accidentally deleted all photos and videos from a customer's account in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

1. Go to your ServiceTitan [Next](/v1/docs/use-servicetitan-next) environment.
2. Find the customer record with the deleted photos and videos.
3. In the customer record, go to the *Photos & Videos* section.
4. Select all the photos and videos you want to restore.
5. Click **Download Selected** to save the files to your computer.
6. Go back to your live ServiceTitan Go environment.
7. Find the same customer record.
8. Go to the *Photos & Videos* section.
9. Click **Upload**.
10. Select the downloaded files from your computer.
11. Click **Open** to upload the files.
