How can I prevent automatic confirmations from being sent out on unassigned Schedule Engine jobs?

Problem

Automatic confirmations are being sent for jobs that are still unassigned, specifically Schedule Engine jobs.

Solution

Follow the steps below to stop automated confirmations from being sent for unassigned Schedule Engine jobs.

Workflows to Resolution

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, go to Communications > Customer Notifications.

3. Click Reminder Notifications

4. Click the Automated Job Confirmations (via text) tab.

5. Turn off the toggle for Enable automated job confirmations to disable notifications.

6. Click Save.

Note: If you don't want to disable all automated job confirmations, you can click the Settings tab to exclude only certain business units (BUs) and/or job types.
