How can I identify who removed my employee permissions?

Problem

I don't know who removed my employee permissions.

Solution

Check the permission logs in ServiceTitan to see who removed the employee permissions.

Create a custom report

1. Click Create Report.

2. On the Report Builder screen that opens, select All > User Role & Permissions Audit Log.

3. Under Columns to be displayed in the report, select which columns you want to include in your report. 

4. When you're done selecting columns, click Next.

5. In the Set Details screen that opens, enter the name of the report, and category, and share the report if needed.

6. When finished, click Save.

7. If you still can't identify who updated the employee's permissions, reach out to support.
