# How can I find out who marked a customer as 'Do Not Service' and when it was done?

## Problem

I need to know who and when changed the customer's status to "Do Not Service".

## Solution

#### Open Audit Trail

1. [Search for](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and open the customer record for which you want to view changes.
2. From the left side menu, select **Audit Trail**.
