How can I edit the custom field on the customer record?

Problem

I don't know how to change the dropdown of the custom field on the customer profile.

Solution

Follow the steps to update the custom field on the customer record.

Edit a custom field

  1. Go to Settings > Operations > Custom Fields.

  2. Find the custom field you want to update, and click Edit.

  3. Make the necessary changes, and click Save to apply the changes.
