# How can I add new recipients for failed autobatched emails?

## Problem

Enable the *Receive payment autobatching failure emails* permission in Settings for any employees that should receive emails if autobatching payments fail.

## Solution

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings**.
2. Go to **People > Employees**.
3. Find the employee you want to receive emails when autobatching payments fail and click **Edit**.
4. Select the **Permissions** tab.
5. Select the **Receive payment autobatching failure emails** permission.
6. Click **Save Changes**.

Now, that employee will get an email if autobatching payments fail.
