About Homh

What is Homh?

Homh is the ServiceTitan consumer demand generation platform. It helps homeowners discover and book your business on Homh and on leading AI platforms.

Homh uses your ServiceTitan data to understand what the homeowner needs. It finds the right service and an available technician, then shows real-time bookable availability. When a homeowner books, the confirmed appointment is created directly in ServiceTitan.

The goal is to help your business get more completed jobs, wherever homeowner demand starts.

How is Homh different from other ServiceTitan booking products?

Booking products such as ServiceTitan Scheduling Pro help you convert demand your business already has. For example, they help convert a homeowner who visits your website.

Homh creates and distributes new demand. It makes your business discoverable and bookable on Homh and other consumer channels, including leading AI platforms.

The products work together. Your booking products help you convert your own demand. Homh brings you additional demand.

Which demand sources does Homh work with?

Homh can show participating businesses on Homh and on leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

The list of demand sources keeps growing as new discovery and booking experiences appear. The goal is to make your business available wherever homeowners look for home services.

How do AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude work with Homh?

Homh makes your business discoverable and bookable on leading AI platforms. This helps you capture demand as more homeowners use AI agents to find home services.

Today, homeowners can use Homh within ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. They can find eligible businesses, see real-time availability, and book a confirmed appointment. In this first experience, the homeowner must already know to use Homh within the AI platform.

The next step is for AI platforms to recommend Homh when a homeowner needs a home service. That way, homeowners can find Homh businesses without already knowing about Homh.

Over time, the goal is a fully native experience. In it, AI agents use the Homh network, performance signals, real-time availability, and booking tools directly. This lets them recommend and book ServiceTitan businesses within their own experience.

Which markets is Homh available in?

Homh is live in Los Angeles. Starting the week of October 12, 2026, Homh expands to 10 more markets:

  1. Atlanta

  2. Dallas

  3. Denver

  4. Indianapolis

  5. Las Vegas

  6. Minneapolis

  7. Orlando

  8. Phoenix

  9. San Diego

  10. Washington D.C.

Homh is expanding quickly, so the list of available markets can change.

Which trades and services does Homh support?

Homh supports Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. More residential trades are planned.

Your services depend on the business units, services, and job types linked to your Homh Profile.

How much does Homh cost?

Homh bookings are free to participating businesses during the introductory period.

If pricing is introduced, you get advance notice. You can review the terms before any charges apply.

Over time, Homh plans to use outcome-based pricing. This means you pay for completed work, not for leads that might never become jobs.

Does Homh guarantee a booking volume?

No. Homh doesn’t guarantee a specific number of bookings. Volume depends on several factors:

  • Homeowner demand

  • Your market and supported services

  • Your available capacity

  • How well your business matches each request

Can I use Homh with Scheduling Pro, Reserve with Google, or Voice Assistant?

Yes. Homh works alongside your existing ServiceTitan demand and booking products. It doesn’t replace them.

Homh can also use your ServiceTitan scheduling and configuration data to find your real-time bookable availability.

Participation and enrollment

How does Homh decide which businesses participate?

Homh starts each market with a curated network of businesses. This helps deliver a consistently strong experience for homeowners and the AI agents acting for them.

Homh looks mainly at performance, including the measures in the Homh Job Performance Rating. It also considers the mix of businesses each market needs for strong geographic and trade coverage.

Participation isn’t based on business size, revenue, or how much you spend with ServiceTitan. Because the network starts small, not every high-performing business is included in the first wave.

Homh plans to expand access as the network grows.

Can I join the Homh waitlist if my business wasn’t selected?

Yes. Let your ServiceTitan Customer Success Manager (CSM) know you’re interested. They can submit a waitlist request for you.

If Homh is available in your market, the Homh team reviews your business for participation. They follow up when the review is complete.

If Homh isn’t in your market yet, your interest stays on file as Homh expands. Launch timelines aren’t set for every market yet.

Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee participation.

What does Homh look for in participating businesses?

Homh looks for businesses that consistently deliver strong homeowner experiences. They also need to reliably support the services and markets Homh serves. Homh considers the following:

  • Strong operational performance

  • A supported market and trade

  • Enough ServiceTitan job history to evaluate performance reliably

  • Bookable availability and configuration in ServiceTitan

  • Geographic and trade coverage that gives homeowners reliable options

The first network is curated on purpose. Building trust with homeowners and AI partners is critical as Homh grows.

How do I enroll in Homh?

If your business is selected, you get an email with instructions to enroll through ServiceTitan. The enrollment flow explains why your business was selected and how Homh works.

To enroll:

  1. Review the Homh Terms of Service.

  2. Accept the terms.

  3. Review your Homh Profile and settings.

  4. Complete enrollment.

Homh fills in much of your profile with information already in ServiceTitan, so setup is faster.

What happens after I enroll?

After you complete enrollment and profile setup, your business can appear for matching homeowner requests. Matches are based on your services, location, and real-time availability.

You can review and manage these Homh settings:

  • Business details, photos, and hours

  • Dispatch fee

  • Google Reviews connection

  • Participating ServiceTitan business units

  • 1-hour arrival windows for same-day bookings

How does ongoing performance affect my participation?

Performance matters because Homh aims to consistently deliver strong homeowner outcomes.

Homh uses performance to choose participating businesses. Over time, performance is expected to play a bigger role in how much exposure each business gets.

No single published score automatically removes a business from Homh. Homh continues to refine the performance model and thresholds as the network grows.

How do I remove my business from Homh?

You can opt out of Homh if you no longer want to participate. For help, contact Homh support at support@homh.com or your CSM.

Homh Profile and homeowner experience

What is my Homh Profile?

Your Homh Profile is the page homeowners see about your business. It shows who you are, why homeowners can trust you, what you offer, and when you’re available.

Unlike a typical marketplace profile, your Homh Profile combines your business details with ServiceTitan operational data. It also includes real-time availability and booking.

Homh Profiles also help make your business discoverable in search and in future AI agent experiences.

What do homeowners see about my business before they book?

Depending on the experience, homeowners can see the following information:

  • Business details: Name, logo, photos, description, and years in business

  • Reviews: Google Reviews

  • Services and pricing: Supported services and your dispatch fee

  • Availability: Open appointment times

  • Performance: Recent ServiceTitan job activity and Homh Job Performance information

This helps homeowners decide with confidence, using both reviews and objective data about how your business performs.

Where does the information on my Homh Profile come from?

Your Homh Profile combines information you provide with information from ServiceTitan. This can include your business details, business units, services, operational performance, availability, and job activity.

You can also connect your Google Business account to show your Google Reviews.

Can I edit my Homh Profile?

Yes. You can manage many of the details that represent your business:

  • Business details: Company name, contact information, website, address, description, and business hours

  • Branding: Logo and photos

  • Dispatch fee: The fee amount and whether it applies toward the repair if you’re hired

  • Google Reviews: Your Google Business account connection

  • Booking settings: Participating ServiceTitan business units and 1-hour arrival windows for same-day bookings

You can’t edit information calculated from ServiceTitan operational data, such as Job Performance metrics.

Can I connect my Google Reviews to Homh?

Yes. Connect your Google Business account, then select one or more Google Places to link to your profile.

With the connection, Homh can show your Google Reviews more completely. Without it, Homh might show only a limited number of reviews.

Can I have more than one Homh Profile?

Yes. Businesses with multiple brands, locations, or business units can create and manage multiple Homh Profiles.

When you set up a profile, choose which ServiceTitan business units to link to it. Homh then uses the services and configuration of those business units for that profile.

Job Performance and recommendations

Why does Homh measure performance?

Ratings and reviews are useful, but they tell only part of the story.

Homh is powered by ServiceTitan, so it can use first-party operational data. This data shows what actually happens after a homeowner books an appointment.

This gives homeowners and their AI agents objective signals about the real service experience. It also gives strong ServiceTitan businesses another way to show the quality they’ve built.

How is the Job Performance Rating calculated?

Homh turns your ServiceTitan operational data into a simple, 10-point Job Performance Rating for homeowners. The current model uses three measures:

  • On-Time Arrival: How reliably your team arrives when promised

  • Hire Rate: How often a first appointment leads to the homeowner hiring your business

  • Job Quality & Satisfaction: How well your team completes the work and how satisfied homeowners are

Each measure gets its own 10-point score. Your overall Job Performance Rating is the average of the three scores.

To keep scores fair, Homh compares your performance against similar work. Homh groups businesses by factors such as metro, trade, and division. It then weights results by your actual business mix before rolling them into your rating.

Why does Homh use a Hire Rate metric?

Hire Rate helps homeowners understand what typically happens after a business visits them.

It doesn’t mean every business is expected to maximize conversion at all costs. Businesses make different choices about pricing, job mix, and the work they take on.

That’s why Homh compares Hire Rate against similar work. It also shows Hire Rate alongside On-Time Arrival and Job Quality & Satisfaction, not on its own.

How does Homh decide which businesses to show or recommend?

Homh first checks which businesses can serve the homeowner’s request. It considers the following:

  • Whether the business serves the homeowner’s location

  • Whether the business supports the requested service

  • Whether capacity is available

  • Whether a qualified technician is available

Performance can then help Homh decide which eligible businesses get exposure and how they’re presented.

Organic recommendations on Homh aren’t pay-to-play. Business size, revenue, and ServiceTitan spend don’t buy better organic placement.

Yes. Homh is designed to reward businesses that consistently deliver strong homeowner outcomes.

Performance is central to how the first network is curated. It’s expected to play a growing role in exposure and ranking as Homh evolves.

The goal is to help homeowners and their AI agents choose businesses that deliver a great experience.

Availability and booking

How does the Homh real-time availability engine work?

Homh uses your ServiceTitan data to find when your team can take the right jobs. It considers the following:

  • The job: Requested service, job type, and expected duration

  • Location: Your service area

  • Technicians: Schedules, skills, qualifications, and service history

  • Capacity: Existing appointments and available capacity

  • Travel: Travel time, plus real-time traffic for same-day bookings

Homh uses this information to find bookable times. It then shows them to homeowners on Homh and participating demand partners.

Does Homh follow my existing ServiceTitan booking logic?

Homh uses key parts of your ServiceTitan setup to decide what you can book and when. This includes job types, technician schedules and skills, availability, capacity, and other scheduling constraints.

Homh doesn’t yet match every advanced business rule in every ServiceTitan booking product. These integrations continue to deepen over time.

Are Homh bookings confirmed appointments or leads?

Homh bookings are confirmed appointments, not leads. Before a booking reaches you, Homh does the following:

  • Understands what the homeowner needs

  • Identifies the right job type

  • Finds a qualified technician and an available time

  • Accounts for relevant scheduling constraints

  • Confirms the appointment with the homeowner

  • Places the booking directly in ServiceTitan

Your business doesn’t need to accept the booking after the homeowner books.

Where do Homh bookings appear in ServiceTitan?

Homh bookings go directly into ServiceTitan. They appear in your normal scheduling and dispatch workflow alongside your other jobs.

How do I know if a booking came from Homh?

Homh bookings use the Homh Marketplace campaign in ServiceTitan. Use this campaign to find Homh jobs and filter them in ServiceTitan reports.

How does Homh choose a technician for a booking?

When a booking needs technician-level availability, Homh chooses a qualified technician. It considers the following ServiceTitan information:

  • Technician schedule

  • Technician service history

  • Skills and qualifications

  • Requested job type

  • Travel time

  • Expected job duration

  • Surrounding appointments

Homh offers an appointment only when it’s confident the right technician can do the work.

Can I change the technician assigned to a Homh booking?

Yes. After the booking is created in ServiceTitan, manage the job through your normal workflow. You can reassign the technician if needed.

Can I turn off technician auto-assignment for Homh bookings?

No. Homh automatically assigns a qualified technician. This lets Homh offer homeowners a real, bookable appointment time.

To promise a specific arrival time, Homh must know which technician is available and qualified. It accounts for that technician’s schedule, skills, surrounding appointments, expected job duration, and travel time.

After the booking is in ServiceTitan, you can reassign the technician. Make sure you can still honor the homeowner’s confirmed appointment window.

Why does Homh offer 1-hour arrival windows for same-day bookings?

Homeowners prefer shorter arrival windows. Businesses that offer 1-hour windows tend to get booked more often.

Homh offers a 1-hour window only when it’s confident your technician can make it. It considers surrounding jobs, expected job duration, technician availability, and real-time travel conditions.

Your standard arrival windows still apply to future-day bookings.

Can I turn off 1-hour arrival windows for same-day bookings?

Yes. This setting is optional. In your Homh Profile settings, turn Offer 1-hour arrival windows to maximize bookings on or off.

When it’s off, your standard arrival windows apply.

Services, hours, and pricing settings

Can I control which services are available through Homh?

Partially. Homh uses your ServiceTitan Job Type Mapping configuration to decide which services you can offer through Homh.

If a job type is mapped in ServiceTitan, Homh supports it. You can’t turn it off separately in Homh right now.

Homh also maps your ServiceTitan job types to Homh service categories. To remove one of these mappings, contact Homh support.

Can I control when I get Homh bookings?

Not separately in Homh. Homh uses your ServiceTitan arrival windows, shifts, and real-time availability to set when you can be booked.

The one exception is 1-hour arrival windows for same-day bookings. You can turn these on or off in your Homh settings. Otherwise, your ServiceTitan configuration controls the availability Homh offers.

Can I control how Homh bookings are created in ServiceTitan?

No. Homh creates bookings as ServiceTitan Jobs, not ServiceTitan Bookings.

Homh also assigns the job to the qualified technician whose availability it offered to the homeowner. This lets Homh give a real, confirmed appointment time, not an unassigned request that still needs scheduling.

Over time, Homh plans to automatically support more of your existing assignment preferences.

Can I set or change my dispatch fee?

Yes. Set your dispatch fee in your Homh Profile. Homeowners see the fee before they book.

You can also choose whether the fee applies toward the repair cost if the homeowner hires you.

Can I change my Homh settings after I enroll?

Yes. Go back to your Homh Profile to update your business and booking settings. You can update these settings:

  • Profile content and business hours

  • Dispatch fee

  • Google Reviews connection

  • Participating business units

  • 1-hour arrival windows for same-day bookings

Manage Homh bookings

Can I decline or cancel a Homh booking?

Homh bookings don’t have an accept or decline step. The homeowner picks a time that Homh already confirmed your business can take. The booking is confirmed as soon as it reaches ServiceTitan.

If plans change after the booking is created, manage the job through your normal ServiceTitan workflow.

Note: Canceling confirmed Homh appointments creates a poor experience for homeowners. Frequent cancellations can affect your Homh performance or continued participation.

Can I change or reschedule a Homh booking after it’s created?

Yes. After it’s created, a Homh booking is a regular ServiceTitan job. Manage it through your normal workflow.

You can reassign technicians when needed. If the appointment time changes, make sure the homeowner gets the updated details.

What happens if a homeowner cancels or doesn’t show up?

Use your normal ServiceTitan cancellation or no-show workflow, and record the outcome accurately.

Accurate outcomes help Homh separate homeowner cancellations from jobs your business didn’t complete.

Performance, reporting, and support

How can I review the performance of my Homh bookings?

Use the Homh Marketplace campaign in ServiceTitan reports to isolate Homh jobs. Then you can review these outcomes:

  • Bookings

  • Completed jobs

  • Revenue

  • Cancellations

  • Other job outcomes

This lets you evaluate Homh separately from your other demand sources.

Where can I see my Job Performance metrics?

Your Job Performance information can appear in the homeowner-facing Homh experience.

ServiceTitan is also building a dedicated Homh performance experience in ServiceTitan reporting. It’s designed to give you a deeper view of how you perform for homeowners.

The goal is to help you understand why you got your score and where to improve. Planned diagnostics include technician, dispatcher, time-of-day, and job-level performance.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with Homh?

Contact Homh support at support@homh.com for help with bookings, enrollment, profile setup, or Homh settings.

Your ServiceTitan CSM can also help with Homh questions and escalations.
