# Highlight text in invoice email template

## Problem

You want to highlight important messages in the email invoice template, but ServiceTitan does not have the option to bold or underline text.

## Solution

As a workaround:

1. Go to an online text formatting tool such as [Bold Text Generator](https://lingojam.com/BoldTextGenerator).
2. Type in the text you want to highlight and in the format you want then generate the text in that format.

> **Note:** This step varies depending on the online text formatting tool you use.
3. Copy the generated text.
4. Go to the [invoice email template](/v1/docs/customize-email-templates) in ServiceTitan.
5. Paste the generated text in the body of the email where you want it to appear.
6. Save your email template.
