# How to Handle 'Home Improvement Contract' text in Invoice/Estimate/Statement PDF

## Problem

When printing or emailing an invoice or statement to a customer, the PDF shows "*Home Improvement Contract*" in red letters.

## Solution

This is part of the **Enable California Compliant Contract** configuration, which is mandatory for compliance with the state of California legal standards, and cannot be removed.
