Guide to the Service Nation Alliance Edition
An overview of ServiceTitan features built to support the Service Nation Alliance Edition, both in the office and out in the field.
This guide provides an overview of the Service Nation Alliance Edition of ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan features have been built to support the Service Nation Alliance Edition, both in the office and out in the field.
Service Nation Alliance KPIs on office and technician dashboards, the Dashboard Report, mapping items to Pricebook services, mobile forms, and estimate option templates.
Account Configuration Required
This feature is not enabled by default. Please contact your Success Manager or Implementation Specialist to have this feature enabled for your account.

Office Dashboard
Service Nation Alliance KPIs on the Dashboard
When you use the Service Nation Alliance Edition of ServiceTitan, you will see the Service Nation Alliance logo on the main dashboard.
The dashboard contains Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the main sectors of your business. When you click on Maintenance, Service, Sales, or Install, you will see KPIs specifically designed for Service Nation Alliance performance standards.
How is this data calculated?
➔ Dashboard KPIs: Service Nation Alliance Edition contains calculations and explanations of all metrics on the Service Nation Alliance dashboard.
Why don't I see the Maintenance, Sales, or Install sections on the dashboard?
➔ By default, all of your business units are mapped to the Service section. You will not see the Maintenance, Sales, or Install sections until you map business units to those sections (Settings > Dashboard Settings).
Technician Dashboard (ServiceTitan Mobile)
Service Nation Alliance KPIs on the technician dashboard
The technician scorecard is located on the home screen (technician dashboard) in ServiceTitan Mobile. The technician scorecard includes a selection of the KPIs that office users see, including the technician's jobs, conversion rate, revenue, leads, and NPS score.
The technician scorecard includes:
- Jobs
- Job Average
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue
- Leads
- Lead Revenue
- Membership Conversion Rate
- NPS
The technician will be able to change the date range for the scorecard (changing the date range of the scorecard will have no impact on the technician's job list).

Service Nation Alliance Dashboard Report Guide
Purpose of the Service Nation Alliance Dashboard Report
The Service Nation Alliance Dashboard Report provides an overview of custom KPIs for the Service Nation Alliance Edition. It pulls data from ServiceTitan KPIs and also allows you to manually enter fields specific to Service Nation Alliance data. Once you run and export the report, you have the option to upload it to Service Nation Alliance's reporting system for further data analysis.
Common Uses for this Report
Use this report to view revenue budgets, monthly goals, actual revenue, number of invoices, unused credit, accounts receivable, monthly overhead, labor cost, and more.
How to Find this Report
Click Reports > Search Service Nation Alliance Dashboard > Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.
💡 Tip: You can also schedule the report by clicking Schedule next to the report name.
Report Filters
Division — Filter by division. This report can be run by a single division or all divisions. Division filters are based on business units mapped to the division.
Date range — Filter by date range. Use the date selector to set a custom date range. This report can be run by a monthly or yearly date range. If you filter by Month, the report will show data for the current month to the current date. If you filter by Year, the report will show data for the current year to the current date.
View or Download the Report
Click Run to view the report. The report can be downloaded in three formats:
- Download PDF
- Export to Excel (.xlsx) — click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF
- Export to Comma separated (.csv) — click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF
Explanation of Report Columns

Once you export the report, you can upload it to Service Nation Alliance's reporting system for further analysis.
Pricebook
Map Service Nation Alliance Items to Pricebook Services
Service Nation Alliance has created a chart of accounts and item lists for QuickBooks that enables you to get advanced reporting capabilities from QuickBooks. Mapping Service Nation Alliance items to Pricebook services will allow you to get further analysis out of QuickBooks.
Any office user will be able to assign a Service Nation Alliance QuickBooks item to the services in your Pricebook. Then, you will be able to export your Pricebook item as the designated QuickBooks item to QuickBooks.
Navigate to Settings > Pricebook.
Click the Services tab.
Click the Details tab.
Enter the SNA QuickBooks item name in the Service Nation Alliance Item field.
📌 Note: Items in the Pricebook will be exported to QuickBooks based on the SNA QuickBooks item mapped to the particular Pricebook service.
When you are finished, click Save.

In ServiceTitan Mobile, you will find the following Service Nation Alliance forms in Job > Forms:

- Service Nation Alliance 67 Point Inspection Form
- Service Nation Alliance Form #1
- Service Nation Alliance Heating Precision Tune-up Form
Service Nation Alliance 37 Point Inspection
Allows technicians to complete a thorough inspection while on the job. Technicians can enter customer information, select the condition of equipment inside and outside the home, take and attach pictures and videos, add notes, collect customer signatures, and email the form to customers or the office. The form can also be saved to the job for later access.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Forms.
- Tap the blue arrow next to the SNA 37 Point Inspection form name.
- Enter form details, as desired.
- When you are finished, tap Save.
Service Nation Alliance 67 Point Inspection
Allows technicians to complete a thorough inspection while on the job. Technicians can enter customer information, select the condition of equipment inside and outside the home based on a grading scale, take and attach pictures and videos, add notes, and email the form to customers or the office. The form can also be saved to the job for later access.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Forms.
- Tap the blue arrow next to the SNA 67 Point Inspection form name.
- Enter form details, as desired.
- When you are finished, tap Save.
Service Nation Alliance Form #1
Allows technicians to complete a thorough inspection while on the job. Technicians can enter system information, select the condition of equipment inside and outside the home, create recommendations, collect customer signatures, take and attach pictures and videos, add notes, and email the form to customers or the office. The form can also be saved to the job for later access.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Forms.
- Tap the blue arrow next to the SNA Form #1 name.
- Enter form details, as desired.
- When you are finished, tap Save.
Service Nation Alliance Heating Precision Tune-up
Allows technicians to complete a thorough inspection while on the job. Technicians can enter customer information, select the condition of equipment inside and outside the home, complete an overall health report, take and attach pictures and videos, add notes, and email the form to customers or the office. The form can also be saved to the job for later access.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Forms.
- Tap the blue arrow next to the SNA Heating Precision Tune-up form name.
- Enter form details, as desired.
- When you are finished, tap Save.
Estimate Option Templates in ServiceTitan Mobile
In ServiceTitan Mobile, you will find the following Service Nation Alliance estimate option templates in Job > Estimates > Add Estimate:
- Required Repairs
- Recommended Repairs
- Enhancements
Required Repairs
Allows technicians to quickly and easily add Pricebook items to an estimate as Required items, based on their findings on the job.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Estimates.
- Tap Select next to Service Nation Alliance Option Template.
- Under Required Repairs, tap Tap to Add Items.
- Select the Pricebook items you want to flag as Required Repairs on the estimate.
- When you are finished, tap Done.
Recommended Repairs
Allows technicians to quickly and easily add Pricebook items to an estimate as Recommended items, based on their findings on the job.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Estimates.
- Tap Select next to Service Nation Alliance Option Template.
- Under Recommended Repairs, tap Tap to Add Items.
- Select the Pricebook items you want to flag as Recommended Repairs on the estimate.
- When you are finished, tap Done.
Enhancements
Allows technicians to quickly and easily add Pricebook items to an estimate as Enhancement items, based on their findings on the job.
To access:
- Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
- Navigate to Job > Estimates.
- Tap Select next to Service Nation Alliance Option Template.
- Under Enhancements, tap Tap to Add Items.
- Select the Pricebook items you want to flag as Enhancements on the estimate.
- When you are finished, tap Done.
