# General Ledger Account Not Showing Up in Map Chart of Accounts

## Problem

A general ledger account in QuickBooks Desktop is not appearing in the Map Chart of Accounts section of the QuickBooks Desktop settings in ServiceTitan.

## Solution

1. Go to the Map Chart of Accounts in ServiceTitan by going to **Settings > Integrations > Quickbooks Desktop** and selecting the correct connection.
2. Click **Edit** for Chart of Accounts Mapped.
3. Perform a hard refresh by pressing **Ctrl + F5** on your keyboard (for PC).
4. If the General Ledger account is still not showing, please contact ServiceTitan support for further assistance.
