Earn up to $10,500 for each new customer you refer to ServiceTitan. There is no limit to the number of referrals you submit or the number of rewards you can earn. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Office employees ## Things to know - Reward checks arrive three to four weeks after you’re notified of your *Demo Reward* or *New Titan Reward*. For annual rewards of $600 or more, be sure to fill out a [W-9 tax form](https://powerforms.docusign.net/31b99d3c-7de7-45fd-abdc-ffa3300235e4?env=na3&acct=91a1a2ea-0b76-404b-b2c0-91c5b04bbe92&accountId=91a1a2ea-0b76-404b-b2c0-91c5b04bbe92). - For full rules on referral rewards and giveaways, see [ServiceTitan Referral Program Terms and Conditions](https://www.servicetitan.com/legal/referrals-terms-and-conditions). ## Referral reward types There are two types of rewards you can earn from referrals: - **Demo Rewards:** For a qualified customer you introduce to ServiceTitan who attends a demo - **New Titan Rewards:** For a referral who is live with ServiceTitan for over 90 days ## Demo Rewards For every referral you submit who attends a demo, you earn $500, even if they don’t sign up for ServiceTitan. A qualified referral is a business that: - Services at least one of the [industries supported by ServiceTitan](https://www.servicetitan.com/industries) - Has at least three technicians and one full-time office employee You receive referral credit if: - You submit your referral no more than 30 days before the date of the ServiceTitan demo - Your submission is the initial reason the referred business attends the demo - ServiceTitan has not already been in contact with the prospect 30 days prior to your referral > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You can’t refer yourself. For example, if you already use ServiceTitan and you open a new company, you don’t get credit for referring your new company. ## New Titan Rewards If a referral signs up and uses ServiceTitan for at least 90 days, you qualify to earn as much as $10,000 in addition to the Demo Reward. You earn the reward after the referred business is live on ServiceTitan for 90 days. The amount of the reward is based on your referral’s annual spending with ServiceTitan, excluding Pro products. - **First referral:** 10% of your referral’s annual spend, $10,000 maximum - **Second referral:** 15% of your referral’s annual spend, $10,000 maximum - **Third and additional referrals:** 20% of your referral’s annual spend, $10,000 maximum > [!NOTE] > **Note:** The annual spend is calculated based on the amount the referred business spends on their third month of ServiceTitan, excluding Pro products. ## Annual truck giveaway Every year, the individual with the most New Titan Rewards is awarded a new Ford F-150 truck. For details, see the [ServiceTitan Referrals](https://www.servicetitan.com/referrals) page. **Note:***The annual truck giveaway is based on the number of New Titan Rewards. Demo Rewards are****not****included.* ## Submit a referral 1. Go to the navigation bar and click the **Profile**![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-account-circle.png). 2. Go to the navigation bar and click **Profile**![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-account-circle.png). 2. From the dropdown, click *Refer ServiceTitan*. 3. On the *Refer Your Friends & Receive Rewards* pop-up that opens, you can see: 1. Number of submitted referrals 2. Total earned rewards 3.
