What steps do I need to take to get my main phone number to ring to our new VoIP system?

Problem

The main phone number does not ring to the new VoIP system.

Solution

To change the number your tracking numbers are forwarded to, navigate to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Phones > Phone Numbers, and edit the phone numbers to ensure all tracking numbers are set to forward to your new number.

Check the main company number

Make sure your number is a tracking number and not a regular phone number.

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. Click Phones > Phone Numbers.

  3. Look for the main company number in the list of Phone Numbers.

Change the forwarding number

Change the forwarding number to your new VoIP system number.

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. Click Phones > Phone Numbers.

  3. Edit the phone numbers and ensure all tracking numbers are set to forward to the new number.

Note: If your main number does not populate in ServiceTitan, it may not be ported into ServiceTitan. To port the number, contact ServiceTitan Support to set up a call with the Telecom team.
